We have a passion for the field of industrial and organizational psychology and want to see it implemented more in companies and organizations. We ultimately want to see the underutilized science of industrial and organizational psychology put into practice more than it currently is to help guide the future of work. We also aim to promote the visibility of this field to future psychologists and practitioners by making information about careers in this field more transparent and accessible.
Much of the information available online about industrial and organizational psychology comes from academic institutions and professional society.
